We recognize that much still needs to be done to improve the diversity of both teaching staff and learners. We are committed to continually improving the representation/number of POC in our school.
Black learners, in particular, have been under-represented in the past. As can be seen from the linked data above, a conscious effort has been made to remedy this over the past few years. We remain committed to increase the number of offers made to black learners incrementally by 5 to 10% over the next five years, compared to the number of offers made to black learners in the previous year.
