Sports News 5 August 2021

Finally some good news for our sports teams, fixtures are allowed to resume, albeit without spectators. We are excited that Rhenish Girls’ High School will host us to a Sports Derby on 13 and 14 August. All Netball and Hockey teams as well as two Football teams will be playing matches. Please do diarise these dates. We will be requesting that parents provide lifts to our players.

Western Province Squad training for Water Polo has started. This information was shared with all players who attended practices in Term 1 this year. However, if you have not received information from our new Head of Water Polo, Ms Hlela, please do email her requesting this information. (hlelap@rghs.org.za)

Remember to inform us of your daughter’s sporty achievements so that we can extend our congratulations to her. Also, you are encouraged to follow the RGHS Sports Department on our Instagram platform @RGHSSport
