Cape Town Triathlon
The Cape Town Triathlon took place in Green Point on Sunday, 22 March 2026, and a few Rustybugs took on the challenge!
Congratulations to Tamryn van Aswegen, Gemma Blackburn, Lucy Midlane and Lily Hardy (Grade 10s) for completing the Sprint Triathlon, which included an Open Water Sea Swim of 750m (which was really cold!), a 20km road cycle and a 5km run.
The Rustybugs did really well, and a special congrats to Tamryn and Gemma, who finished 3rd and 4th in the 16 – 19-year category.
