A reminder that sport is compulsory for all grade 8 and 9 learners who are required to take part in at least one activity on the Term 1 Sports Programme. If you wish to be exempt from sport for medical reasons or because you are oversubscribed to non-school sport, please visit the sports department to collect a sports exemption form.

All the fixtures for the term are available at 2025 Sports Date and Fixtures

Please send any individual sports achievements to sports@rghs.org.za so that we can share it with the school community.
