Netball
Eliora Kanku (Grade 9)
Eliora was selected to represent the Western Cape U15 Oakes Netball team representing our province at the Inter-Provincial Tournament held on 24 – 28 June 2023.
She had a fantastic tournament as she gained much experience and skills playing against the best U15 Netball players in the country. Well done to Eliora on this fantastic achievement!
Hockey
Due to the storms over the weekend, unfortunately, our hugely anticipated matches against Parel Vallei were cancelled.
There are no hockey matches this weekend, however, the U16A team is travelling to Makhanda to take part in the Rising Challenger’s Cup from 4-7 August, competing against some of the best teams in South Africa.
We wish Ms Sasha Sivertsen and her U16A team all the best on tour.
We have midweek league fixtures next week scheduled against Wynberg Girls’ High School and DF Malan respectively. We would like to see you all there supporting Rustenburg Hockey players.

Touch Rugby
Loren-Kate Dicks and Azra Mahmood represented South Africa at the Atlantic Youth Touch Cup recently. Loren-Kate was interviewed on Cape Talk by Pippa Hudson on Wednesday 2 August. Well done, we are super proud!
