The Computer Monitresses receive basic computer maintenance and troubleshooting training. They offer their time voluntarily to be of service to learners working in the computer labs before school, during breaks and after school.
The Computer Monitresses assist with:
- Maintaining a good working environment for all users in the computer labs,
- Photocopying and Scanning
- Learner network issues
- Printing problems
- Internet connectivity issues
- Hardware device issues
