Rustenburg Matric Class of 2009 records further successes
As teachers attend their first departmental meetings of the year, news of achievements by individual Rustenburg pupils and subject areas begins to trickle in.
Some specific achievements have been brought to our attention:
- English - Top achieving public school (overall results) in the Western Cape. This follows on from the English department's (pictured) success in 2008 when they were placed 2nd in the Province.
- Geography - our results placed us as the 5th top achieving school (including all private schools) in the province, and 3rd in our district.
