Rustenburg girls excel at the Nikon/Orms Inter-school Photography competition
15 Rustenburg girls were selected for the finals of the Nikon/Orms competition and between them displayed 27 photographs at the exhibition held at the Cape Town School of Photography. An International Panel of judges deliberated long and hard before awarding the prizes. RGHS girls won six out of the ten awards that were presented on the night.
The eventual winners were:
1st - Ben Scholtz - Westerford (Nikon Camera kit valued at R10,000)
2nd - Ruby Cornell (pictured) - RGHS (Photography course at Cape Town School of Photography)
3rd - Kirsty Schlemmer - RGHS (Nikon voucher)
