RGHS Drama girls well recieved at Bishops Play Festival

The Matric Drama learners (Samantha Filby, Marija Djeri, Amy Grant, Noxolo Mafu, Anelisa Mangcu, Robyn Leigh Skead) represented Rustenburg High School for Girls by offering their original workshop production Rear View Mirror at the 2010 Bishops Play Festival in the Bishops Memorial Theatre.

"To take the theme of mirrors and create this masterful piece was a stroke of sheer genius. Each member of the cast portrayed their different characters with ease and professionalism. The transition from one movement to another flowed and the pace was perfect. The soft light blue costumes added to the fluidity of movement and each tableau was well-executed and brilliant. This piece was visually startling and dramatic and the director showed deep understanding and created a performance which was both believable and magical." (Review by Rosemary Wilké)
