The School's Code of Conduct and various Policy Documents underpin the ethos of Rustenburg High School - to create "a diverse, challenging but balanced learning environment, incorporating the academic foundations required to excel in the economic and social life of the country, for girls who want to develop their unique potential to the full within a structured, participative and supportive environment."
